• Come see cooking demos from Chef German Lam. German Lam, chef, owner and founder of Glam Foods, LLC, has a passion for healthy cooking that has inspired him to begin offering customized in-home cooking consultations that empower clients to create a delicious, healthy lifestyle for themselves, their families and friends. German currently conducts cooking demonstrations for Waltham School Nutrition Services, Williams-Sonoma, Whole Foods and teaches culinary courses at Stonewall Kitchen in York, Maine. German has worked as a chef at top rated institutions such as the Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Harvard Club, Chatham Bars Inn, Mirabelle Restaurant and the Needham Sheraton Hotel. He has also served as the
                                            Executive Sous Chef at Marias Restaurant and Chef de
                                            Cuisine at the Charles Hotel
 
• Hear what’s new for the 2009-2010 school year from Katie Millet with DESE.
• Learn about SNA’s new school district-own memberships.
• See what SNA of Mass. has planned for the new year.
• Get together and relax with your peers before September takes over!
• Enjoy the recipes that were demonstrated for lunch.
• Meet with your committees to plan for the school year or consider learning more about
  SNA volunteer opportunities and joining one of our seven committees. SNA is a
  volunteer-based organization and we need you!

Waltham High School, 617 Lexington St., Waltham, MA 02542
From Route 128 (Interstate 95), going North, take Exit 27A and go
east on Totten Pond Road for 1.5 miles. Go left on Lexington Street for .5 mile. Take a right at the light and proceed up the hill to Waltham High School. Enter at the main entrance and follow the signs.
