This humorous and energetic message is designed to help you recognize non-productive behaviors and actions in others as well as in yourself. Learn how to identify individual purpose and distinguish those things that are just not worth the fight. Also covered are strategies that can make the inevitable difficult situation turn out positively.
 
Attend both the Simple Solutions keynote and the Solutions to Communication session for Key Area 2.

We will take a humorous and insightful look at ourselves and how we interact with others every day. You will be given tools that can be used immediately to promote healthier relationships and a happier life at work and at home.
 
Navigating Comm-PASS & Statewide Contracts

This session will introduce how Statewide Contracts are established and the benefits to using them. Participants will learn tips on how to search for a commodity or service using the Commonwealth’s eProcurement system, Comm-PASS. Searching tips for accessing Statewide Contracts, verifying vendor participation and locating contract manager details will be discussed. There will be a Q&A regarding navigation of the Comm-PASS system and locating Statewide Contracts.

This session is an ESE update of USDA FOODS including inventory management, pricing, new products, and processing. Learn more about the role of your USDA FOODS Advisory Committee in the best use of entitlement dollars and USDA FOODS to meet our schools’ needs.

“Wow, I want that!” look on your customer’s faces. Ken Watt will entertain and educate us with tricks of the trade as he demos his cooking and presentation tips.
